About Blue Ridge Door

Thanks for your interest in Blue Ridge Door! Our hand-crafted, Solid Hardwood Doors are built to order by a small, family-owned company nestled in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Tennessee. Our mission is to provide the Contractor or Do-It-Yourselfer with the best quality Solid Hardwood Doors at the best possible prices, and provide a high level of service that the Large Door Companies or Home Center Chains can't offer.

While most of our doors are built to order, our lead time is almost un-equalled in the industry.  Though our stated lead time 5-10 days to build and ship, most of our orders are shipped in less than 5 days. Transit time is usually no more than 4 days from our preferred carrier: FedEx Freight.

By building to order, this also allows us to easily make modifications  that may be required, like extended jambs for 2x6 construction or re-sizing the door units to fit custom rough opening sizes.  Also, it keeps our inventory levels to a minimum, thus reducing the cost to the end-consumer.
